Litttle tip, using your mig welder, weld a bolt on to the broken off stud and the heat will help break any corrosion seal on the threads, and also give you some thing to grab onto with a wrench (spanner in UK speak... ;-) ) or a socket. Another cracking video!

Get a can of Kroil. "The oil that creeps." Stuck bolts kneel before it. Once you've used it, you'll always have a can in the shop.

Little tip, smear a little grease on the rollers inside the cap before you install it in the yoke. Keeps the rollers from falling down into the cap as you press it in.

I know it's a small thing but it gets to me when you call the power divider a diff lock, it has a similar effect to when someone says VIN Number on me. I know you guys know this but to clarify for those who don't, a Power Divider divides power equally between the axles, a diff lock divides power equally between the wheels on either side of the axle it is installed on. Trucks can have both, so that all 8 drive wheels (4 if you have super singles, 6-12 if you have a tri-drive) are locked together.

Very well said Pops. Most of us that watch and appreciate you, are regular folks. Such as yourselves. I think thats the attraction! We are tired of the fake crap on TV.
